- I'm an emigrant from Hungary, who as a young bride came to the US over 50 years ago to raise her children in freedom and peace. My story can be read in my family web site which I had put together for my children and grandchildren to document some of our family background and history. I've started this Blog as an extension of, to comment and reflect on, also, to keep up with my everyday life after the end of my story in the web site. Very funny, and TRUE! I leave for work in the dark and come home in the dark. I try to get out into the sunlight during the day.
